EMBLEM

The emblem consists of a pair of tassels within a crescent; a serpent entwining the staff of Aesculapius is situated in the centre of the crescent, which is supported by the words "Perak Medical Practitioners' Society".

Colours: The tassels and the serpent are in yellow; the crescent and the staff are in black.

OBJECTIVES

The objectives of the society are:

1.  To encourage the foster of friendship amongst its members.
2.  To encourage the further development of medical science.
3.  To protect and promote the professional interest of its members.
4.  To maintain professional ethics.
5.  To enlighten the public on matters of health.
